The biggest feature of the exhibition is that it only showcases one recent work created by the artist - ‘Her 24 Solar Terms'. This work is woven from 24 distinct yet interconnected works, and the audience needs to connect the 24 works together to appreciate them in order to converge into a complete narrative. Zhang Yanzi's works are centered around the concept of 'life cycle', bringing profound reflection to the audience. She blends modernity with traditional Chinese culture, providing viewers with thought-provoking experiences. Unlike Zhang Yanzi's previous works, “Her 24 Solar Terms" does not attempt to address the common issues of "pain," "treatment," and "anesthesia" in her creations. Instead, it uses the concept of "twenty-four solar terms" in traditional Chinese culture to connect fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, \\and women's bodies in daily life. With four years as a chapter, it uses the simplest perspective and images, materials, and language with sensory experience to form a micro life scene spanning nearly a century.
